A) Privacy.
In some cases, for example in order to book a hotel room, transfer, excursion or cruise, we may pass on your name to our provider of the service/s. No other details are passed on to any third party at any time for any reason whatsoever.
B) Cookies.
We do not place permanent cookies on to your hard disk. We use these temporarily whilst you are surfing our site, after you have finished using the site, the cookie will be automatically removed from your hard disk.
C) Sightseeing Tour Refunds and Cancellations.
To request a refund for sightseeing tickets purchased on Gray Line Greece please send an e-mail containing your name, tour purchased, tour date and time along with the ticket serial number/s to

Refunds requested 4 days or more prior to tour departure will be refunded less a 20% service fee. Refunds are not possible when requested with less than 3 days notification.
D) When you are just visiting us.
You can always visit our sight without revealing who you are or providing any personal information. We do collect usage information but this is anonymous and does not link to you as an individual. We use the information collected to improve our site content and ease of use.
E) When you decide to register with us.
If you decide to register with Gray Line Greece and purchase tickets on line, we will collect personal information about you that you voluntarily share with us.
We collect personal information that is necessary for us to provide you with the services offered on our site.
This personal information includes your name, e-mail and mailing address and telephone number.
You may be required to provide identifier information and select a password that will be required to gain access to portions of our site.
This personal information will not be disclosed to any third party, unless this information is necessary to identify, contact or initiate legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with Gray Line Greece’s rights or property, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
Gray Line Greece may also disclose user information when it believes, in good faith, that the law so requires.
• Is my credit card number safe?
Gray Line Greece is committed in providing a secure environment for your purchases and personal information. All sensitive transactions are secured by industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which ensures that only Gray Line Greece receives your sensitive information (i.e. credit card number, name, address, etc.). To verify the validity and operation of our SSL certificate Internet Explorer users can click on the icon (button right corner of your browser) while visiting one of the secure sections of our web site (i.e. registration page, checkout page, etc.). All information sent to this site, if in an SSL (Secure Site Seal programme) session, is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties. The bank we use, is Win bank, belonging to the Bank of Piraeus, neither we nor the bank have access to any of your credit card information at any time during the transaction.
• Do you use/place a cookie/ cookies on my hard disk?
No we do not place cookies on to your hard disk. We use these temporarily whilst you are surfing our site, but after you have done with us there is no cookie from us on your hard disk.
• Are my personal details passed on to third parties?
In some cases, for example to book a hotel room, transfer, excursion or cruise, we may pass on your name if absolutely necessary only. No other details are passed on to any third party at any time for any reason whatsoever.
• Can I cancel any excursions purchased from you?
A per person cancellation fee representing 20% of the value of the tour (but no less than € 30,00) will be charged if a cancellation is received 3 days or less prior to the reserved departure date of the tour. For multi day, air tours and cruises, the cancellation must be made at least 7 days in advance and in addition to the above mentioned fees, passengers are liable for all cancellation fees charged by the specific airline, cruise line or hotel used.
In all cases, tours cancelled 3 days or less to the reserved departure date of the tour are not refundable.
Gray Line Greece reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time with the condition that all monies paid will be returned to passengers. In such cases, every effort will be made to assist the passengers with alternative arrangements.
